Channel Success Manager, Europe

The Channel Success Manager is responsible for the success and growth of Aeroseal Duct Partners in Europe. This role is primarily focused on driving tangible improvements in partner success through execution of jointly developed business plans and market playbooks to achieve revenue and project volume growth goals.

• Onboard new partners and lead structured onboarding covering commercial expectations, technical capabilities, pricing frameworks, and go-to-market strategy
• Manage assigned partner relationships as the primary point of contact for all commercial coordination and ensure partners are well connected with Aeroseal technical and Customer Support teams
• Support partners with estimating, pricing, and project strategy including reviewing project details to provide guidance on project qualification, pricing strategy, and risk assessment
• Develop and execute joint business plans by co-creating partner-specific playbooks and annual business plans aligned to target markets and applications

This role contributes to reducing the world's carbon emissions by 1 gigaton annually through improving energy efficiency in buildings worldwide, making a meaningful impact on global sustainability efforts while enhancing indoor air quality and reducing energy consumption.

• Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or account management
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including ability to translate market needs into business plans, implement pricing strategies, and discuss ROI credibly
• Technical acumen in building science systems (HVAC, envelopes, airtightness, or adjacent technologies)
• Fluent in English and German (French is preferable) and must hold EU citizenship

The estimated base salary for this role is EUR 70,000, with a discretionary bonus of 10%.
