Channel Partnerships Manager

Design and build government sales channels by identifying and developing strategic channel partners that expand AidKit's reach into state and local government.

• Lead partner and teaming strategy for RFPs, RFIs and other procurements to help position AidKit as a preferred or required technology.
• Enable co-selling by working closely with Sales to support government and nonprofit opportunities, opening doors to the right partners and aligning incentives across stakeholders.
• Build a diversified channel portfolio including prime contractors, complementary technology companies, NGOs, foundations, community based organizations, and policy groups.

This role builds the partner ecosystem that enables AidKit to deliver cash assistance more quickly and effectively to communities facing disasters, economic shocks, and major policy transitions, helping establish dignified systems for delivering aid.

• 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, GovTech, public-sector consulting, consultative sales or adjacent roles.
• Hands-on experience working alongside sales teams to unlock complex deals with a strong understanding of government procurement and prime/sub dynamics.
• Experience working in disaster relief and recovery preferred, but not required.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and long timelines while maintaining urgency, think in ecosystems not single deals, and translate multi-stakeholder realities into clear partner strategies.
