What you will drive
- Identify, commercialize, and launch new growth channels that Base can leverage across its existing and new geographical markets.
- Foster and expand our existing channel partnerships with homebuilders.
- Grow the homebuilder channel by crafting new and innovative offerings, and developing a pipeline of new partners.
- Scope includes but is not limited to homebuilders, real estate developers, institutional single-family rental operators, military housing and other military applications, other distributed energy providers, home service providers, consumer retail storefronts, and retail electricity providers and brokerages.

- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional internal needs.
- Comfort with data-driven decision making and willingness to 'get hands dirty' with modern tools (e.g., SQL).
- Bonus points if you have an existing network of relevant partners in residential sector.
