Certified Environmental Services Executive (CESE)

Core responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level leadership, strategic oversight, and operational management for environmental services across federal healthcare and government facilities
• Ensure regulatory compliance, infection prevention standards, environmental safety, and operational excellence across geographically dispersed sites
• Develop and enforce daily cleaning schedules, sanitation procedures, and room turnover standards
• Monitor compliance with infection prevention protocols, isolation procedures, and bloodborne pathogen standards

Required skills and experience:

• Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of hospital-grade cleaning procedures and infection control practices
• Experience supervising housekeeping teams in healthcare, long-term care, or large institutional settings
