• Create sustainable growth from £250K to £1M+

Your leadership will literally save lives and be the architect of systemic change in the Sikh community, building an institution that will protect generations of women.

Required qualifications:

• Must be a Sikh Panjabi woman (Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010)
• Transformational leadership experience
• Experience with culturally-specific services
• Passion for supporting women and girls affected by domestic abuse and harmful practices
