Core responsibilities:

• Lead the organization through its next phase of growth, expanding Dignity Centre locations and outreach efforts
• Manage day-to-day operations including troubleshooting maintenance problems at project sites in Nicosia and Bournemouth
• Prepare and deliver presentations to media and donors, and coordinate with volunteers
• Collate indicator data for impact reports to demonstrate organizational effectiveness

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in leadership roles, preferably in nonprofit or humanitarian organizations
• Ability to work hands-on in a varied role within a small charity environment
