Central Illinois Outreach Coordinator

• Educate communities about environmental crises and solutions.
• Build power for advocacy campaigns advancing environmental and racial justice.

• Organize and host educational events and workshops.

This role empowers communities to advocate for environmental and racial justice, creating healthier and more just communities in Central Illinois.

• 3-5 years relevant community organizing experience.
• Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills.
• Passion for climate action, environmental justice, and racial/economic justice.
• Ability to work respectfully across diverse backgrounds and faiths.

Professional development stipend of $500 annually. 4-day flex work-week model. Up to 16 paid vacation days, 2 personal days, and 5 sick days. Monthly cell phone and internet stipend. $500 one-time home office stipend. Salary range: $52,500 - $78,750 depending on level.
