• Travel up to 25% within North America to engage with suppliers and internal teams.

This role plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of power grid transformation across North America, driving procurement excellence and supplier performance for Hitachi Energy's largest business line, directly impacting cost, quality, and delivery performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with cost breakdowns and benchmarks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supplier performance metrics.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
