About This Role

As a Cash Collection & Allocation Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers regarding invoice payments, ensuring timely collections and accurate allocation. Start your day by reviewing your queue of overdue accounts and prioritizing based on age and amount. You'll spend time on the phone or email with French-speaking customers to resolve payment issues, then update the system with payment promises or disputes. Later, you'll allocate incoming payments to open invoices, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with the sales team to resolve any billing disputes.
