Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Run frontline client work, including 1:1 and group support for approximately 20 households at a time, focused on finding homes in the Private Rented Sector and providing wraparound support like benefits, budgeting, and employment assistance.
  • Manage client caseload, including assessments, onboarding, logging engagement on CRM, and handling data in line with GDPR and organizational policies.
  • Lead on safeguarding as Joint Designated Safeguarding Lead, including incident management and liaising with statutory agencies.
  • Support systems work, network development, and impact measurement by co-creating surveys, attending events, and improving client tracking and support offerings.

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of the UK Private Rented Sector, asylum/refugee system, benefits system, and budgeting/home management.
  • Experience managing a caseload and providing intensive 1:1 support to individuals/families.
  • Strong IT skills (G-Suite), excellent communication, fluency in English, and a growth mindset with willingness to learn.
  • Passion for the organization's work and values; experience with CRM systems or fluency in French, Arabic, or Ukrainian is desirable.
