What you will drive

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to develop career goals, action plans, and timelines
  • Utilize counseling skills to assist clients to explore career indecision blocks, anxieties, barriers to change, etc.
  • Work with clients to identify companies of interest, diversify job search strategies, leverage and expand existing networks effectively, collaborate with recruiters, develop leadership skills, etc.
  • Conduct 45-minute weekly sessions with clients who are trying to improve their work lives, network, job search, build confidence, increase personal fulfillment, etc.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Must have a master's or doctoral level degree in social work, counseling psychology, or clinical psychology
  • Must have previous clinical experience and be comfortable working with clients with mental health diagnoses (depression, anxiety, BPD, etc.)
  • Must have a holistic approach to coaching, able to look at the larger picture of other services needed as well as the client's goals within the scope of their lifestyle and salary requirements
  • Available standard EST or PST hours (9:00AM-5:00PM) or evening and weekend hours
