What you will drive
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to develop career goals, action plans, and timelines
- Utilize counseling skills to assist clients to explore career indecision blocks, anxieties, barriers to change, etc.
- Work with clients to identify companies of interest, diversify job search strategies, leverage and expand existing networks effectively, collaborate with recruiters, develop leadership skills, etc.
- Conduct 45-minute weekly sessions with clients who are trying to improve their work lives, network, job search, build confidence, increase personal fulfillment, etc.

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Must have a master's or doctoral level degree in social work, counseling psychology, or clinical psychology
- Must have previous clinical experience and be comfortable working with clients with mental health diagnoses (depression, anxiety, BPD, etc.)
- Must have a holistic approach to coaching, able to look at the larger picture of other services needed as well as the client's goals within the scope of their lifestyle and salary requirements
- Available standard EST or PST hours (9:00AM-5:00PM) or evening and weekend hours
