• Deliver personalised 1:1 career advising sessions to help value-aligned professionals transition into high-impact animal advocacy roles.
• Identify and refer top candidates to hiring partner organisations, tracking outcomes to refine judgement.
• Maintain deep expertise in the animal advocacy landscape and adapt the advising programme based on data and evolving goals.

By guiding talented professionals into the highest-impact roles for animals, you directly strengthen the animal advocacy movement and help end factory farming.

• Ability to deliver high-quality, individualised 1:1 career advising enabling successful transitions into animal advocacy.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
• Real fluency in the animal advocacy sector or a clear track record of getting up to speed quickly in a new field.
• Strong, honest judgement about people and confidence to give candid assessments.
