Campus Equipment Outfitters (CEO) Head Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Hiring of Assistant Managers and management of Brand Ambassadors
• Creating a strategic plan and budget for the business year
• Driving the overall strategic direction of CEO and overseeing Assistant Manager portfolios
• Monitoring financial information, compiling reports, and coordinating Applied Science Jacket fittings

This role supports campus operations and student services through equipment outfitting, contributing to student life and organizational efficiency.

Required skills and experience:

• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate self, staff, and assistant managers
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Extensive time management and organizational skills
• Interest in small business management and finances

Compensation and work details:

• $285 weekly salary
• 15 hours expected per week
• Work term from May 1st, 2026 to April 30th, 2027
• Not paid during summer but requires strategic planning
