Campaigns, Programs & Advocacy Associate

• Develop and implement advocacy campaigns to end animal testing, including strategy, goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate grassroots outreach, volunteer engagement, legislative meetings, hearings, and public events.
• Collaborate with communications, fundraising, and creative teams to produce campaign materials and track performance metrics.

This role directly advances Beagle Freedom Project's mission to end animal testing through strategic campaigns, legislative change, and public education, creating systemic change for animals used in laboratories.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in advocacy, grassroots organizing, coalition-building, or campaign politics.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to build relationships with legislators and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, video conferencing, and database systems.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Commitment to animal advocacy and cruelty-free lifestyle.

Fully remote position with core hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time. Occasional evenings/weekends required. Salary not specified.
