What you will drive
- Develop and implement advocacy campaigns to end animal testing, including strategy, goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate grassroots outreach, volunteer engagement, legislative meetings, hearings, and public events.
- Collaborate with communications, fundraising, and creative teams to produce campaign materials and track performance metrics.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 4 years of experience in advocacy, grassroots organizing, coalition-building, or campaign politics.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to build relationships with legislators and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, video conferencing, and database systems.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Commitment to animal advocacy and cruelty-free lifestyle.
