Campaigns Lead - Thailand

Core responsibilities:

• Planning both short- and long-term campaign strategies to persuade companies to adopt cage-free policies in their supply chains.
• Organizing online and offline campaigns, including peaceful street actions, to advocate for companies to adopt cage-free egg policies in their supply chains.
• Building alliances with other international and/or grassroots NGOs.
• Representing Sinergia Animal and its campaigns at public events and within the NGO and animal protection communities at large.

This role creates positive change by leading campaigns in Thailand to persuade companies to adopt cage-free policies, reducing animal suffering and promoting more compassionate food choices in the Global South.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Publicity, Marketing, Journalism.
• Strong background in running campaigns and excellent research skills.
• Proven ability to work both independently and in close coordination with a remote team, with strong time management skills.
• Commitment to the mission and objectives of the organization, including non-violent direct actions, and affinity for animal rights issues and a vegan lifestyle is highly desirable.

Sinergia Animal is an international animal protection NGO working to reduce meat consumption in Latin America and Asia in order to reduce animal suffering. They advocate for vegan and vegetarian diets through campaigns that address some the worse practices in industrial farming.
