Campaign Marketing Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Welcome.US's citizenship campaign, translating organizational goals into integrated, high-impact marketing plans
• Execute day-to-day implementation of the campaign, managing timelines, deliverables, and workflows from launch through completion
• Implement multi-channel marketing tactics including email, web, digital, social, paid media, and partner amplification to drive awareness, engagement, and participation
• Define campaign goals, KPIs, and success metrics, tracking performance and impact across channels to produce actionable reports and recommendations

This role creates positive change by executing a national, integrated citizenship campaign that moves millions of Americans from awareness to action, supporting newcomers seeking refuge and helping them build stable, fulfilling lives in their new communities.

Required skills and experience:

• 4–6 years of experience in campaign marketing, integrated marketing, or related roles with hands-on responsibility for executing multi-channel campaigns
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end campaign execution including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
• Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in fast-moving environments
• Experience implementing marketing tactics across channels such as email, web, social, digital, paid media, and partner or coalition-based amplification

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
• 20 days of paid time off plus winter break between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day
