Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Welcome.US's citizenship campaign, translating organizational goals into integrated, high-impact marketing plans
- Execute day-to-day implementation of the campaign, managing timelines, deliverables, and workflows from launch through completion
- Implement multi-channel marketing tactics including email, web, digital, social, paid media, and partner amplification to drive awareness, engagement, and participation
- Define campaign goals, KPIs, and success metrics, tracking performance and impact across channels to produce actionable reports and recommendations

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in campaign marketing, integrated marketing, or related roles with hands-on responsibility for executing multi-channel campaigns
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end campaign execution including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in fast-moving environments
- Experience implementing marketing tactics across channels such as email, web, social, digital, paid media, and partner or coalition-based amplification

- Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
