Campaign Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Design, lead, and comprehensively supervise campaigns, campaign coordinators, and volunteers, ensuring strategic coherence, measurable impact, and alignment with institutional objectives.
• Analyze the current state of each campaign, define clear, measurable, and scalable objectives, and design comprehensive campaign plans including corporate pressure and citizen activation.
• Lead campaign execution from launch to closure, aligning with communications, legal, and partnerships teams, and supervising public pressure actions, digital campaigns, and symbolic actions.
• Manage advocacy and pressure strategies toward target companies, supervise dialogue, negotiation, and commitment follow-up processes, and work with national and international allied organizations.

This role creates positive change by leading campaigns to eradicate the cruelest practices in animal production and promote verifiable animal welfare commitments, transforming the food system toward one more just for animals, people, and the planet.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in campaign management, advocacy, or incidencia.
• High capacity for planning, leadership, and decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate diverse teams.
• Advanced English proficiency and genuine commitment to animal protection and welfare.
