What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Help lead the design, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives within Federation Support, Training, National Campaigns and Organizing programs
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and leverage insights to inform programmatic decisions aligned with organizational objectives
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with federations, community organizations, faith-based groups, and stakeholders
  • Provide staff development, training and support to program staff to enhance their skills and capacity

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Nonprofit Management or related field (equivalent work experience considered)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in organizing, program development, community engagement, or social justice initiatives
  • Proven track record in leading organizing campaigns at local, state and/or federal levels
  • Strong understanding of social justice issues, equity, diversity, and inclusion principles
  • Proficiency in data analysis, project management tools, and MS Office Suite
