Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage case database, including creating new entries, organizing relevant documents for cases, implementing periodic review and regular data cleanup, implementing systems for consistent data tracking across projects, and updating case information as requested by other IJC staff
  • Coordinate and manage updates to referral forms and other case tracking mechanisms with the legal team, ensuring placement documents are fully updated and well-organized on a regular basis
  • Support with troubleshooting and improvements as needed on technical tools, including website (WordPress), database (Dynamics), Adobe, and other software used by the team
  • Prepare and distribute regular email communications for current volunteers and the supporter email list

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with data management required
  • Experience working with websites and tech platforms required
  • Experience troubleshooting technical problems and familiarity with coding in any coding language or framework a strong plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus
  • Commitment to the mission of the Immigration Justice Campaign and the American Immigration Council
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
