With an active portfolio of projects and proposals spanning Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, AFDC Global partners with governments, bilateral donors, multilateral agencies, and civil society organizations to design and deliver high-impact development solutions.
As we expand our global footprint and scale our proposal pipeline, we are establishing a AFDC Global Consultant Consortium — a curated roster of seasoned development professionals whose expertise will strengthen our technical bids and be activated upon project award.

- Governance, Public Financial Management & Institutional Capacity
- Humanitarian Response & Disaster Risk Reduction
- Communications, SBCC & Knowledge Management

Ideal Profile
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in international development
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluation and/or project implementation for major donors
- Prior work in Asia, the Middle East, or Africa strongly preferred
- Availability to be cited in proposals and, where projects are won, to take up short- to medium-term remote or field-based assignments
- Strong documentation of expertise through a current CV and published work, reports, or project references
