Mission
What you will drive
- Lead state-level organizing and campaigning to secure progressive climate actions in California, such as making fossil fuel polluters pay for climate damage.
- Build and maintain relationships with coalition allies, coordinate coalition efforts, and engage grassroots supporters.
- Implement campaign work including in-district meetings, local resolutions, town halls, rallies, and legislative advocacy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years (Staff) or 8+ years (Senior) of results-oriented coalition organizing and advocacy campaign experience.
- Prior experience with California climate and/or progressive movement organizing preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytic, written/verbal communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week, travel within California, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
