• Assess what the PlantwisePlus Burundi project actions have delivered.
• Document lessons learned from the project implementation.
• Conduct an end-of-project evaluation on behalf of EKN.

This evaluation will help improve future agricultural projects, strengthening plant health systems and food security for smallholder communities in Burundi.

• Experience in project evaluation, preferably in agriculture or development.
• Knowledge of plant health systems and agricultural advisory services.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Familiarity with Burundi context is an advantage.
