Business Systems Analyst, Payroll Systems

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Payroll, Finance, and Total Rewards teams to understand needs and desired outcomes
• Document business requirements clearly, create user stories, and prioritize requests based on business impact, ROI, and compliance
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions using Workday platform configuration
• Implement solutions by working with IT teams to develop, test, and deploy while managing projects and communicating progress

This role helps streamline, secure, and optimize payroll and absence management processes through technology, enabling the organization to focus more resources on its mission to solve society's toughest challenges.

• 5+ years of Payroll applications design and implementation experience in a rapidly scaling organization
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Workday configuration, business process customization, report writing, and integrations
• Best practice knowledge of Payroll and Absence Management processes
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish partnerships with business stakeholders and technology teams
• Experience in Agile methodologies and security/compliance awareness for enterprise data management
