Mission
What you will drive
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Payroll, Finance, and Total Rewards teams to understand needs and desired outcomes
- Document business requirements clearly, create user stories, and prioritize requests based on business impact, ROI, and compliance
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions using Workday platform configuration
- Implement solutions by working with IT teams to develop, test, and deploy while managing projects and communicating progress

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of Payroll applications design and implementation experience in a rapidly scaling organization
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Workday configuration, business process customization, report writing, and integrations
- Best practice knowledge of Payroll and Absence Management processes
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish partnerships with business stakeholders and technology teams
- Experience in Agile methodologies and security/compliance awareness for enterprise data management
