Business Systems Analyst

• Elicit, define, and manage business requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure traceability and alignment of project requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or redesign.
• Support the development of project charters, WBS, schedules, risk registers and other project artifacts.

This role supports the development of all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft that advance sustainable air mobility, reducing environmental impact through clean transportation technology.

• PMP certified with 5+ years in business analysis or project management.
• Strong experience with requirements elicitation, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), and stakeholder facilitation.
• Proficient in project planning tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Confluence, JIRA, Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with ERP, PLM, and related enterprise systems; SAP and Teamcenter experience preferred.

Archer drives a pay-for-performance culture and rewards performance that supports the Company's business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $122,880 - $153,000.
