Business R&D Senior Professional

• Define test objectives, test plans, and test strategies for EMS/GMS/SCADA applications across releases and maintenance cycles
• Plan and estimate QA activities in coordination with Product Owners, Developers, and DevOps teams
• Report, track, and verify defects with clear technical and domain context, and validate fixes in coordination with developers
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines while living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity

• Master's degree in Power System Engineering or related engineering stream with minimum 5 years as a QA engineer or development experience in SCADA/EMS/GMS applications
• Strong knowledge and experience working with power system modeling and simulation, analysis and operation, optimization, and numerical analysis methodology
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile development environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery
• Ability to interact effectively with team members, Product management, and customers, with good oral and written communication skills
