Business R&D Senior Professional

• Verify and validate substation automation products through thorough end-to-end R&D testing
• Participate in test core team workshops to understand product test requirements and perform software/domain test activities
• Develop new and adaptive test case designs for system and product requirements, and report/verify test defect logs
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

This role contributes to creating and sustaining digital solutions, new products, and technology for energy systems, helping advance substation automation and power system protection through innovative R&D testing and validation.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 3-8 years of practical experience in Substation Automation
• Technical expertise in protection and communication protocols used in substations
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Knowledge of computer networks, OSI Layers, and different protocols in each layer is a plus
