Business R&D Senior Professional

Core responsibilities:

• Verification & validation of substation automation products
• Developing new and adaptive design of test cases for system and product requirements, reporting and verifying test defect logs
• Participating in test core team workshops to understand product test requirements and performing software/domain test activities including design, coding, and black box testing
• Ensuring mutual consistency and efficient integration of subsystems in modular, easy-to-maintain software that meets product specifications

This role contributes to developing protection and control products for power generation, transmission and sub-transmission networks, supporting reliable energy infrastructure.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/electronic engineering with 3-8 years of practical experience in substation automation
• Technical proficiency in protection and communication protocols used in substations
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/Java/C#
• Effective communication skills and proficiency in both spoken and written English
