Business QA Analyst - Digital Port Solutions

• Design, execute, and maintain end-to-end test cases and scenarios for port and maritime software modules.
• Review business requirements and collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and BAs to define test coverage and acceptance criteria.
• Simulate and test real-world port operations: pilotage dispatch, vessel calls, berth allocation, incident workflows, invoicing, and integration points.
• Manage and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for major releases and customer-specific deployments.

This role contributes to enabling sustainable societies through innovation in technology and services by ensuring high-quality digital port solutions that support efficient, safe, and sustainable maritime operations.

• 3+ years of experience in business QA, UAT coordination, or software testing for enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and business process validation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured test plans and test cases.
• Excellent communication skills and structured documentation habits.
