Business Process Transformation Lead (Fundraising / Nonprofit)

Transform core fundraising business processes and project manage the transformation initiative:

• Map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state workflows aligned with transformation goals
• Act as project lead, following internal project governance, and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and develop process models
• Build long-term process management capability by recommending tools and improving stakeholders' process management skills

This role will leave a long-lasting, positive impact for animals through improved supporter experience and stronger internal systems, shaping how global fundraising operations work to support Animals Asia's mission.

Essential requirements for this role:

• Significant experience in fundraising process mapping, redesign, and implementation
• Proven experience as a project manager with change management expertise
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to facilitate detailed, productive workshops
• Flexibility to attend meetings and workshops with global team outside standard office hours
