Business Process Specialist

• Collect and present data from Technical Services team to identify root cause issues and business trends.
• Develop and execute technical training curriculum for the Service team, continuously updating to match business needs.
• Analyze business processes, identify supporting technology needs, and document new processes to improve efficiency.
• Lead improvement projects with the software development team based on data analysis.

This role directly contributes to reducing global carbon emissions by ensuring energy-saving technologies operate efficiently, enabling Budderfly to deliver complete energy solutions for businesses and combat climate change.

• Associate’s degree minimum, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects concurrently and documenting technical processes.
• Proficiency with data management tools and ability to visualize data using graphs and infographics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven track record managing complex projects.
