We are hiring immediately for a Business Performance Lead in Houston, TX - a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need. This role will be focused on developing commercial/pricing strategies for a portfolio of current and future products across targeted customer/market segments.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, validate and report on pricing, including recommending price changes.
  • Identify opportunities and recommend refinements to pricing, competitive match levels, rounding rules and attribute premiums.
  • Analyze price relationships between products, customers, sectors, Sales Team.
  • Development and production of reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor and report on profitability of projects.
  • Data mining, analyzation of data to reinforce pricing decisions.
  • Accountable for validating pricing in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Identify opportunities & recommend refinements to pricing zones & competitive match levels
  • Provision of Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Price Reporting.
  • Analyze price relationships between products, customers, sectors, Sales Team.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement new pricing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in contracts management, preferably supporting procurement or supply chain functions in the energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong working knowledge of pricing, data analytics and procurement-related subject matter.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements with suppliers and service providers.
  • Familiarity with energy or power generation industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in excel.
  • Power BI, Salesforce and Tableau knowledge a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and stakeholder communication.
