Business Operations Manager

• In this role, you'll design and maintain operational systems that enable FAR.AI to scale across teams and processes.
• Manage the operational requests pipeline by triaging, prioritizing, and resolving cross-team support needs.
• Coordinate grants administration across the full lifecycle while ensuring compliance with nonprofit regulations.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives requiring multi-team alignment, managing dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and compliance gaps, proposing solutions that enable faster scaling.
