Business Mentor - Turkana, Kakuma

We are seeking a Business Mentor to join our team in Turkana, Kakuma. The Business Mentor will provide guidance and support to entrepreneurs and small business owners in the region, helping them to develop and grow their businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and entrepreneurship, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Business Mentor will work closely with our team to identify and support entrepreneurs with high growth potential, and will provide ongoing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship, or a related field. Strong understanding of business principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to travel frequently to remote locations.
