Business Manager

• Manage all bookkeeping duties including accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliation, annual 1099s, internal budgets, financial reports, and annual audit support.
• Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and 401K management.
• Perform office management duties including updating office services and sending contracts.

This role ensures the financial health and operational efficiency of a nonprofit that provides musical theater programming to hundreds of young people annually, fostering creativity and community.

• 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience, preferably in a non-profit organization.
• Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Online required.
• Payroll administration and benefit management experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required; experience with Google for Business preferred.
