Business Management & Analytics Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our regional business operations through analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and forecasting of regional budgets/KPIs, ongoing business performance monitoring, competitor/market analysis, and the production of performance commentary and analysis.
• Support the businesses' day-to-day needs with ad hoc analysis to drive business results using reporting tools and database querying to answer questions from a broad spectrum of customers including Sales Team, Operations, Compliance, and Management Team.
• Update and improve existing business processes to help drive efficiencies.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking of new business initiatives for the region.

This role supports the efficient operation of the equities business by providing detailed trading analysis, monitoring business performance, and managing business initiatives, contributing to the organization's vision of being the world's most trusted, innovative, liquidity and data solutions specialist.

• 5-6 years of experience in a sales analytical or equivalent role with solid understanding of sales analysis and relevant business operations
• Expertise in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools (IBM Cognos, Qlik, Microsoft Power BI, etc.) with strong ability to analyze data and generate insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and senior management
• Proven ability to develop detailed plans, collaborate across teams, monitor progress, and manage risks/issues effectively
