As a Business Graduate, you will build strong foundational knowledge and gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of business areas, essential to successful project delivery.

• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members within the project.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between program performance and delivery functions.
• Support project management activities, including reporting, planning, risk, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in structured development programs including workshops, mentoring and training.

Work on real projects that make a tangible impact, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to digitally transform South East Queensland's rail network through the Sequence Alliance partnership.

• A recent bachelors degree in business or project management.
• Less than 2 years of experience.
• Experience working collaboratively in team environments, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Be curious, proactive and eager to learn about the railway industry.
