Mission

What you will drive

  • Drive new business opportunities for Nextpower's robotics and services business across North America, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and market share in the utility-scale solar segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IPPs, EPCs, and O&M providers, representing Nextpower at industry events.
  • Collaborate with global account management and regional teams to drive training, knowledge sharing, and value-added solutions.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 12+ years of experience in the solar industry, with at least 3 years of B2B sales to IPPs, EPCs, OEMs, and O&M providers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and executive-level relationship skills.
  • Technical knowledge of utility-scale solar operations; experience with thermal and computer vision inspection systems preferred.
