Mission
What you will drive
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up with inbound leads.
- Identify, research, and engage independent bicycle dealers, sporting goods retailers, and other potential retail partners.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Aventon's products, programs, and value proposition to educate prospective partners.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM and collaborate with the Sales team to transition qualified opportunities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or business development required; B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and building relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot), and mobile technology.
