What you will drive
- Develop and execute outbound outreach strategies (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage prospective higher education partners.
- Manage inbound leads, converting interest into qualified meetings and early-stage partnership conversations.
- Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing teams to refine outreach processes and improve pipeline conversion.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years professional experience and 1+ year in business development, sales, admissions, or outreach-driven role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
