Business Development Officer

• Increase lead volume and market presence by building referral relationships with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions.
• Cultivate community partnerships to generate mission-aligned client referrals and enhance organizational visibility.
• Expand community outreach through in-person meetings and presentations, focusing on underserved entrepreneurs.
• Maintain data excellence by entering data into CRM and adjusting outreach strategies based on trends.

This role directly increases access to capital for historically marginalized entrepreneurs, including low-income individuals, BIPOC, and women, fostering economic equity and community development across California.

• Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Spanish language fluency required.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with virtual office tools (Zoom, Outlook, CRM like Salesforce).
