Mission
What you will drive
Principal Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage large pump project opportunities within major infrastructure, water/wastewater capital programmes, flood alleviation schemes, and custom pumps
- Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of strategic opportunities aligned with business growth targets
- Develop and execute account plans for key Tier One contractors, EPCs, consultants, and asset owners
- Act as the primary commercial and technical interface for large pump project customers and represent Xylem in senior-level discussions

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Degree or professional qualification in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
- Experience within pumping, water, wastewater, or process-related engineering sectors
- Strong understanding of water and wastewater pumping applications
- Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 and/or JCT contracts and working knowledge of UK CDM Regulations
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
