What you will drive
- Develop and manage a strategic pipeline to drive revenue growth through B2B sales of Timmons Group services across the greater Raleigh region and eastern North Carolina.
- Build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and advance strategic growth initiatives.
- Lead capture and pursuit strategies, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain CRM data.
- Represent the firm at industry events and maintain a visible market presence.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of business development experience; AEC industry experience preferred.

- Strong relationship-building, communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems (Vantagepoint preferred).
