What you will drive

  • Develop and manage a strategic pipeline to drive revenue growth through B2B sales of Timmons Group services across the greater Raleigh region and eastern North Carolina.
  • Build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and advance strategic growth initiatives.
  • Lead capture and pursuit strategies, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain CRM data.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and maintain a visible market presence.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of business development experience; AEC industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a pipeline supporting revenue growth.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems (Vantagepoint preferred).
