Business Development Manager – PV & BESS

Core responsibilities:

• Drive business development and account management for post-construction services (O&M agreements, spare parts, remote operations) for utility-scale PV solar and BESS assets throughout the Americas
• Generate leads, secure long-term service contracts, expand existing accounts, and achieve revenue goals through a strong pipeline of O&M and optimization opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, organize, and issue winning proposals and presentations

This role contributes to the expansion of renewable energy infrastructure by securing and expanding service contracts for operational solar PV and battery storage systems, supporting the transition to clean energy and reducing carbon emissions.

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management focused on post-construction services in renewable energy sector, with emphasis on utility-scale solar PV and/or BESS assets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline (or at least 4 years additional renewable energy industry and/or key account management experience)
• Proven network of relationships with key decision-makers managing operational utility-scale solar PV and BESS assets
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong time management abilities
