What you will drive

  • Assist in translating global and regional strategies into actionable local plans and provide inputs for strategy development based on local market needs and insights.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities aligned with organizational objectives and support realization of identified opportunities through collaboration with sales and product teams.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience from enquiry to after-sales support.
