What you will drive

Responsibilities

  • Identify target opportunities and accounts, developing and implementing strategies to maintain a sufficient sales pipeline to achieve strategic growth targets
  • Drive and manage new opportunities/programs from identification to commercialization, both internally and externally as needed
  • Own customer relationships within their region to ensure positive relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Manage key accounts, communicate regional strategies, program developments, and report activities as defined by management

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical or Related Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of successful field sales experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in Medical Device OEM/Contract manufacturing
  • Technical knowledge of elastomer and/or thermoplastic materials, injection molding, and extrusion manufacturing practices
  • Understanding of quality standards, validations, and medical device governing bodies (FDA, ISO, cGMP)
  • Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business acumen skills
