  • Developing new client relationships across energy, renewables, social housing, and related sectors.
  • Selling core services including metering, isolators, scaffolding, recruitment, and SaaS platform.
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities across the group's businesses.
  • Working closely with senior leadership to help shape commercial strategy.

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Knowledge of energy, utilities, renewables, or construction (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven, with ability to manage your own pipeline.
