What you will drive
- Developing new client relationships across energy, renewables, social housing, and related sectors.
- Selling core services including metering, isolators, scaffolding, recruitment, and SaaS platform.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities across the group's businesses.
- Working closely with senior leadership to help shape commercial strategy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Knowledge of energy, utilities, renewables, or construction (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and result-driven, with ability to manage your own pipeline.
