Business Development Manager - Data Centers

• Drive business development in North American markets for the Data Center Segment, focusing on increasing system and solutions marketing activities and enhancing business intelligence
• Implement company strategy by working closely with customers to co-develop solutions and deploy appropriate business models to serve customer needs
• Collaborate with Front-End organization and Marketing/Sales communities to ensure smooth customer experience from early engagement through sales and execution
• Explore partnerships and long-term strategic relationships with parallel industries and key suppliers to present stronger system solutions

This role helps customers achieve their energy needs while improving efficiency, saving resources, and reducing emissions through innovative electrical solutions for data centers.

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or other relevant subjects
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Operations roles within the Electrical and Power Industry, preferably Data Centers
• Experience meeting customers at all management, technical, and operative levels, building confidence to present company portfolio while working on solutions
• Experience working in a multicultural environment across different regions
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication skills
• Must have work authorization permitting work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
