Mission
What you will drive
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for standalone services (module washing, array services, EPC milestone inspections, inverter specialty services, vegetation maintenance) in the US renewable energy market.
- Manage client relationships from initial outreach through contract negotiation and operational onboarding, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy, track opportunities in CRM, and meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in business, construction, or engineering; MBA or advanced degree valued but not required.
- Minimum 5 years of account management or business development experience in the energy industry.
- Strong network of renewable industry relationships and demonstrated B2B sales achievement.
- Technical expertise in solar, storage, and substation assets; experience negotiating O&M services contracts.
