Mission
What you will drive
- Build and manage relationships with consumer technology companies to establish partnerships for lithium-ion battery collection and recycling.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for consumer technology partnerships and the Battery Bin program, overseeing account management from initial engagement through long-term execution.
- Drive business development and operational oversight for the Battery Bin program, including partner pipeline development, outreach, proposals, and expansion planning.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, logistics, legal, and other teams to ensure compliant, high-impact collection programs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in business, marketing, sustainability, engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of sales/business/technical sales experience.
- Consumer electronics or lithium-ion battery industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience building and scaling partner programs or distributed collection networks.
