Mission

What you will drive

  • Build and manage relationships with consumer technology companies to establish partnerships for lithium-ion battery collection and recycling.
  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for consumer technology partnerships and the Battery Bin program, overseeing account management from initial engagement through long-term execution.
  • Drive business development and operational oversight for the Battery Bin program, including partner pipeline development, outreach, proposals, and expansion planning.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, logistics, legal, and other teams to ensure compliant, high-impact collection programs.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, marketing, sustainability, engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of sales/business/technical sales experience.
  • Consumer electronics or lithium-ion battery industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience building and scaling partner programs or distributed collection networks.
