What you will drive
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the development and on-going management of individual partners to deliver against sales targets, objectives, budgets, and KPIs
- Identify and develop direct key strategic relationships and build these for mutual benefit, creating a strong suite of partner relationships
- Produce regular activity reports to communicate performance and continuous improvement activity, developing and maintaining a KPI dashboard for metrics
- Manage regulatory risks, escalating as appropriate for resolution, working with regulatory frameworks (FCA and OFGEM) to ensure compliance

- A passion for sales with experience of driving sales, performance management against sales targets, and identifying new opportunities
- Relationship management experience with demonstrable evidence of success in developing and delivering partner campaigns and initiatives
- Ability to negotiate, present, and engage at all levels in organizations with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, deadline-oriented, and comfortable with juggling different priorities while managing partners in a high-pressure environment
